Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a station from ZeltaCode Radio.

Who we are. ZeltaCode Ltd, [company number and address]. "You" means the person or group that buys a station.
What we provide. Hosting for one online radio station: AutoDJ, a schedule, live shows, a station dashboard and a stream link, within the limits of your plan (listeners at the same time, storage, sound quality). A plan with the radio app also covers one radio app built with AppMinCMS.
Payment. Monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. We tell you before any price change.
Failed payment. We retry your card for a few days. If payment still fails, the station goes off air. We keep your audio for 30 days, then delete it.
Cancelling. Any time. Your station stays on air until the end of the period you paid for.
Music and content: your responsibility. You are the broadcaster. You must hold every right and licence needed for everything you upload, schedule or stream, including music, recordings and other people's voices. You pay any licence fees. We do not provide music licences. You will cover our costs if a claim against us comes from your content.
Content rules. You must follow our acceptable use policy.
Taking content down. We may remove content, or take a station off air, if we get a valid complaint, if the law requires it, or if you break our rules. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to reply.
Uptime. We aim to keep your station on air all day, every day. We do not guarantee it will never stop. We keep backups, but you should keep your own copies of your audio.
Limits. If a station uses far more than its plan allows, we will contact you to move to a bigger plan.
Our liability. Limited to what you paid us in the last [number] months, where the law allows.
Ending the service. We may end the service with notice, or at once for serious or repeated rule breaking.
