Privacy policy

1. Who we are. ZeltaCode Ltd, [company number and address]. Contact: radio@zeltacode.com.
2. What we collect from buyers. Name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, station name and billing country. Stripe handles card details; we never see the full card number.
3. What your station collects about listeners. To count listeners and show stats, our radio servers log listener IP addresses, rough location (country, city), the player or app used, and listening time. The stats are shown to the station owner.
4. Your audio. Stored on our servers in Germany so we can play it. We do not use it for anything else.
5. Why we use data. To provide the service, take payment, give support, keep the service safe, and meet the law.
6. Who we share it with. Stripe (payments), our server host and our e-mail provider. We do not sell data.
7. How long we keep it. Account data while you are a customer and for [period] after; audio up to 30 days after the service ends; listener logs [period].
8. Your rights. You can see, correct, delete or move your data, and complain to your data protection authority.
9. Station owners' duty. If you run a station, you must tell your own listeners how their data is used (for example in your app's privacy policy).
